How to Submit a Takedown Notice
Email your notice to: infosweetsongs@gmail.com
Your notice must include:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Exact URL(s) on SweetSongs.com.ng where the material appears.
- Your contact information (full name, company if applicable, address, phone, and email).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
- Your electronic or physical signature (type your full legal name if sending by email).

Processing
Upon receiving a complete and valid notice, we will remove or disable access to the material and notify the uploader if applicable. We may request additional information to verify your claim.
Counter-Notification
If you believe content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification that includes:
- Your name, address, phone number, and email.
- Identification of the removed material and the URL where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
- A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the courts in Lagos, Nigeria, and that you will accept service from the complaining party.
- Your electronic or physical signature.
